HOW IT WORKS

This is your chance to connect directly with companies through personalized 1:1 online meetings.  The fair will be held online, via the Seekube platform. 

You can:

• Apply for exclusive job offers on the Seekube platform
• Request informal chats with recruiters to explore career opportunities
• ℹ️ Meetings are subject to recruiter approval

HOW TO REGISTER AND APPLY FOR 1:1

# 💻 HOW TO REGISTER | From March 4th, 4:00 PM

• Click on "Book My Spot" to enter Seekube. In case it is requested, the password to access the event on Seekube is: ESCP2026.
• Fill out your profile, and upload your CV.
• Select your criteria (you can always update or modify them later).

# 🎯 HOW TO BOOK 1:1 MEETINGS | From March 4th, 4:00 PM – the sooner, the better!

• Go to the Jobs tab to view all offers matching your criteria (you can update or erase them to see more).
• Carefully read the shortlisting criteria for each company and consider the opportunities that best suit your profile and aspirations.
• If interested in an offer, book a 1:1 meeting: choose a time slot in the recruiters' calendar. 🚨Do not schedule 1:1 meetings during your classes! 
• If no slots are available, join the waiting list and monitor frequently. Don’t worry if slots appear full at first—companies will release new slots as they process applications!

# 🤝 HOW TO REQUEST 1:1 INFORMAL CHATS | From March 4th, 4:00 PM – the sooner, the better!

• Not interested in a specific offer? You can still request a 1:1 informal chat with recruiters. 🚨Do not schedule 1:1  chats during your classes!
• Visit the 1:1 chat/informal meetings tab and book a slot. Again, monitor frequently if slots appear full—more will open as companies process requests!

# 🤓 HOW TO MONITOR YOUR MEETING STATUS

• Check your email inbox for updates on whether your requests have been accepted or declined.
• You can also track this via the My Meetings tab (pending and accepted).
• Recruiters may also send you invitations for 1:1 meetings, so stay alert!
• Synchronize your calendar to avoid missing any confirmed meetings. Missed 1:1s may lead to exclusion from future events.
