Dear Future Graduates,

We are pleased to invite you to apply for the 2026 - 2027 edition of Women@ESCP, an exclusive programme designed to support you in your transition from student life to the professional world.

Women@ESCP is more than a one-day event. It is a career and leadership journey designed to help you build confidence, expand your professional network, and explore opportunities across industries and functions. For the first time this year, the Leadership Seminar will take place on each ESCP campus, allowing you to participate wherever you are studying.

Your Women@ESCP Journey

1. Full-Day Leadership Development Seminar on your campus (Compulsory)

Your journey begins with an immersive full-day on-campus (in-person) seminar focused on topics such as:

• values-based leadership

• storytelling & personal branding

• strategic network building

You will meet inspiring professionals, exchange with fellow Women@ESCP students across programmes, and gain practical tools to support your next career steps.

An online webinar will later be organised on the important topic of “Salary Negotiation”.

2. Alumni Mentoring Network

You will then gain access to the Women@ESCP mentoring community, connecting you with alumni and professionals working in your target industry.

Through these exchanges, you will be able to:

• ask career-related questions

• better understand specific roles and sectors

• receive guidance and encouragement

• expand your professional network

3. Priority Access to Corporate Networking Events

Following the seminar, you will receive access to a curated selection of corporate and networking events linked to different industries and career paths.

These opportunities will allow you to:

• discover sectors and roles

• meet professionals and recruiters

• develop your network

• gain exposure to companies actively supporting women’s careers

4. Your Personal Development Choice

To personalise your experience, you will be able to choose one of the following options:

Option A: Professional Coaching

Four individual 45-minute coaching sessions with a professional coach to work on personal development topics tailored to your needs, such as:

• Building confidence and overcoming self-limiting beliefs

• Expressing your ideas more assertively and making your voice heard

• Clarifying the kind of leader you want to become and aligning your choices with your values and ambitions

The examples above are indicative only; the coaching topic can be defined with the coach based on your individual situation and objectives.   

Option B: Coursera Certification

Access to a Coursera certification to help you strengthen a technical or business skill and add a recognised credential to your CV.

Examples may include:

• Project Management (Google Project Management Professional Certificate) AI for Business

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst)

• Generative AI & AI Productivity for Business (Microsoft AI Skills, Google AI Essentials, or AI for Everyone by DeepLearning.AI

As part of the programme, you will continue to benefit from ESCP’s career resources, including access to sector expert advisors and career guidance tools available through the Careers Centre's platform, powered by JobTeaser.
